According to the BSNL JTO job announcement, 50% of positions would be filled using GATE scores, while the other 50% will be filled directly through a limited internal competitive examination (LICE).

Candidates with an M.Tech degree would also be qualified for BSNL JTO Direct Recruitment as long as they meet the requirements outlined in the notice.
