While announcing the Scorpio-N, Mahindra had said that sales of the second generation Scorpio Classic would continue simultaneously. The car was introduced recently. It will come in two variants, six colors, and only one diesel with manual RWD. When launched, the Scorpio Classic will take on the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, MG Hector, and the Tata Harrier.
Engine
The Scorpio Classic is powered by an all-aluminum lightweight GEN-2 mHawk engine that produces 97 kW (132 PS) of power and 300 Nm of torque. It generates enough low-end torque of 230 Nm at just 1000 rpm. Its engine is 55 kg lighter. Offers 14% higher efficiency than the engine operating the previous model. To enhance the driving experience, a new six-speed cable shift has been given in its manual transmission.
Features
The Scorpio Classic can be differentiated by a new bold grille with a hood scoop, muscular bonnet, and a new twin-peaks logo. It gets the Scorpio’s signature tower LED tail lamps and new R17 diamond-cut alloy wheels along with new DRLs, which enhance its look.

The Scorpio takes the classic to the next level with a new two-tone beige-and-black interior theme, a classic wood pattern console, and premium quilted upholstery. The vehicle also gets a new 22.86cm (9-inch) touchscreen infotainment system with phone mirroring and other modern functionalities.
