Then-Special Commissioner of Police for Crime and EoW Ravindra Yadav told ANI that the actress had been cooperative with investigators, but that many questions remained unanswered.

Around eight hours were spent questioning Jacqueline Fernandez & Pinki Irani on Wednesday. On Thursday, Pinki was re-called for interrogation, and Jacqueline will be brought back for a second time on Friday.
The Delhi Police reportedly devised a 100-question questionnaire for Jacqueline. It was alleged that queries about how often she had met or spoken with Sukesh over the phone during that period were based on their relationship and the items she had received from him.
The enforcement division claims that Sukesh lavished both Nora & Jacqueline with expensive cars and other presents.
The Enforcement Directorate’s additional charge sheet accused Jacqueline Fernandez of receiving extortion funds and designated her as a defendant. According to the charge sheet, the actor was informed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar was a criminal and extortionist.
In addition to Aditi Singh, the spouse of former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh, Chandrashekhar was accused of extorting and scamming several other prominent individuals.
An ex-leader of the AIADMK and others were accused of bribing election officials in 2017, and in April of last year, Chandrashekhar was detained in another case of money laundering connected to that scandal.
