Mahindra & Mahindra has given another big information about the new generation Scorpio, the company said that the new SUV is going to be launched in the Indian market on June 27, 2022. The company is about to launch a new SUV under the name Scorpio N and interestingly, the sale of its current model will also be continued under the name Scorpio Classic. Mahindra has recently confirmed that the all-new range of Bourne EV SUVs will be unveiled on August 15, 2022. Now a new video of offroad testing of this SUV has surfaced, in which the 4-wheel drive new Mahindra Scorpio N is seen showing its ability in offroading.
The dummy feels safe too!
Mahindra Automotive is going to start the production of the 2022 Scorpio N in this month. The company has released a new teaser of the upcoming 2022 Scorpio, in which the company wrote about its safety, “The dummy in the new Mahindra SUV also feels safe.” Along with this, the company had also started an opinion poll, in which 94 percent of people have agreed to this, while 6 percent of people do not agree with this. This can simply be taken out that the new generation Mahindra Scorpio will be strong in safety and Mahindra looks quite confident to get a 5-star rating for it in the Global NCAP.
The new Scorpio is amazing in security
Recently, some photos of the cabin of the new generation Scorpio N have been leaked on the Internet, in which information about the main features of the SUV has come to the fore. The most important of the other feature that the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio will get could be the advanced driver assistance system as seen in the recently launched Mahindra XUV700. This feature is also expected to be available in the top model of the car. Here customers can also get hi-tech features like a 10-speaker audio system, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, LED lights all over, 6 airbags and connected car technology. The company is also going to provide a 360-degree camera with this car, which will make the new Scorpio a great SUV in terms of safety.
2-litre petrol and 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engines
Media reports have revealed that the Mahindra XUV700 engine, which was launched in India some time ago, will be given with the upcoming new generation Mahindra Scorpio. It has also been revealed that the power figure of the engine that will be available with the new SUV is also going to be similar to the XUV700. The 2022 Scorpio will get 2-litre petrol and 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine options in which the petrol engine generates 200PS and the diesel engine generates 185PS of power. The engines mated with the XUV700 give the SUV a top speed of 200 km/h. Engine options of the new Scorpio are expected to get 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox.
