This SUV was initially sold only as a diesel model and then switched to a petrol engine in 2020. Now Maruti Suzuki is gearing up for its CNG model. Brezza may introduce a CNG variant very soon. This SUV could become the first SUV in India to run with a factory-fitted CNG kit.

Will give mileage like Ertiga
Since exiting the diesel market in 2020, Maruti Suzuki has been pushing the CNG model in the Indian market. The Brezza was already expected to get a CNG option. Maruti plans to promote its CNG range in India. There is still a lot of information about the technology update of this SUV, but it could be more updated than the old Brezza. The Brezza CNG could come with the 1.50-litre 15C DualJet engine, which is found in the Ertiga CNG. If this SUV will come with this engine option, then it will generate less power than the Brezza petrol. Its mileage will also be as great as the Ertiga.
What will be the cost of Brezza CNG?
Brezza petrol manual currently starts at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 12.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).On the other hand, the CNG-powered variant could cost around 75,000 more. The estimated price of Brezza CNG MT can be Rs 8.74 Lakh to 13.05 Lakh.
