Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg’s Los Angeles mansion has been sold for $55 million after over a year on the market.

According to People magazine, Mark Wahlberg lives in a 30,500 square foot property with 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms that is situated on 6.2 acres in the affluent gated neighbourhood of North Beverly Park in Los Angeles. It was L.A. County’s seventh-largest property when it was first listed in April.
The Beverly Park property was first listed for $87.5 million before being dropped to $79.5 million in December, so $55 million is certainly nothing to sniff at. Richard Landry, the architect who previously constructed Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s old Brentwood mega home, created the chateau-style residence in Los Angeles.
