James Cameron and Kate Winslet are working together again on the next Avatar: The Way Of Water sequel. Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, and Sigourney Weaver join Kate in the sequel as a new character called Ronal. The Academy Award-winning performer used motion capture for the first time for her role in the movie.
Kate released a video of her exercising with an instructor and holding her breath underwater for seven minutes and fifteen seconds when appearing as a guest on The Graham Norton Show on Friday. Kate ponders her state after practising breathing techniques: “Am I dead?” The actor becomes really delighted when she discovers how long she held her breath. Sir Lenny Henry, Nadiya Hussain, and Jack Whitehall, who are all guests on the chat programme, support her.
Graham, the host, enquired as to her method. She responded: “It is a sport, to start. It’s not something you can do in the bathtub, and you shouldn’t ever attempt it on your own. In reality, when people are incompetent, they gasp, come up, and that is when people black out and get into problems.” Kate described the breathing exercises she had previously used to control her breathing.
“I had three weeks of daily training during which I learned how to physically distribute oxygen throughout my body. It’s an astonishing, meticulous procedure. I excelled at it and truly enjoyed doing it “She said. Graham added a joke: “Do you know who is now running a bath? John Travolta!” While shooting an underwater stunt for Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation in 2015, Tom held the previous record for six minutes. “When you have abandoned your education, you doubt your ability to have the courage to study anything new. I felt so empowered as a woman about it “Added she.
