Jacqueline Fernandez, a Bollywood actress, has received significant relief in the 200 crore money laundering case. The actress was granted bail by the Patiala House Court on Tuesday, subject to providing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 2 lakh and one surety in the same amount. After the court debated Jacqueline’s bail on November 10, the judgement was put on hold. The actress has been released on conditional bail at the same time. The actress in this case was free on temporary bail.

Since her name was connected to a 200 crore money laundering case involving the gangster Sukesh Chandrasekhar, Jacqueline has been in danger. The actress was included as a defendant in the Enforcement Directorate’s charge sheet. The actress was often asked about the pricey present Sukesh had given her at the same time. The actress has been out on temporary bail ever since. However, the ED argued against it during the hearing on November 11 by claiming that Jacqueline would tamper with the evidence or depart the country.
Jacqueline’s release was rejected by the ED, which claimed that the actress had stolen Rs 7.14 crore and had enough money to leave the country. They shouldn’t be given bail as a result. Jacqueline had charged the ED of harassing her at the same time. Jacqueline was granted permission by the court to go overseas, thus she is now able to do so. Jacqueline has just received a significant reprieve from the Patiala Court in the money laundering case.
Please mention that the ED said Sukesh Chandrasekhar had given Jacqueline gifts worth Rs. 5.71 crore. Jacqueline’s family received a payment of Rs 1.3 crore, while the web series writer received a payment of Rs 15 lakh to create the screenplay on Jacqueline’s behalf. Jacqueline further revealed to the ED that Sukesh often brought her Veen alkaline water bottles, a limited-edition perfume, three cats costing $95,000 apiece, and an Arabian horse worth $525,000, in addition to other gifts. In addition to this, Sukesh had given Jacqueline a lot of other items.
