A new Apple smartphone, supposedly the iPhone 14, has been found on the Indian certification website Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), less than a month before the Apple iPhone 14 series launch is scheduled to take place. The BIS listing, however, makes it unclear if the name refers to the future plain iPhone 14. On BIS Apple Iphone A2882 is the model number is listed.
Apple is reportedly planning to conduct the launch event for the iPhone 14 series on September 7, which is a day earlier than normal. Next month, the Cupertino, California-based tech giant is expected to introduce the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
At the launch event, Apple is also anticipated to introduce the 6th generation iPad Pro 12.9 and 4th generation iPad Pro 11.
The iPhone 14 series is being released by Apple sooner than normal.
According to news source Bloomberg, Apple will likely also make additional product and service announcements on September 7—a few days earlier than previously planned. This includes the Watch Series 8 and other goods and services. The release of the next iPhone 14 series as soon as feasible would likely lessen the effect of recession risk on demand, according to renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. He also said that the recession is unexpected and continues to develop. The iPhone 14 series would be unveiled by Apple before the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models.
According to Kuo early this month, Apple would concurrently sell the iPhone 14 built in India and the iPhone models made in China for the first time in the second half of 2022. The new iPhone 14 series will be unveiled by Apple in September.
Kuo claims that Foxconn, Apple’s partner in contract manufacturing, would ship the iPhone 14 from its manufacturing plant in India for the first time ever practically concurrently with China. According to Kuo, Analyst at TFI International Securities,My most recent research shows that in 2H22, India would be almost on par with China in terms of receiving the new 6.1″ iPhone 14 from Foxconn (in the past, India has been a quarter behind).
