Well, in 1966, a man by the name of Richard Speck came into a Chicago dorm for student nurses and murdered eight of the unfortunate nurses after torturing and raping them. Does this sound familiar? The scenario has a lot of similarities to Lana Winters, a journalist played by Sarah Paulson, who voluntarily entered Briarcliff in season two in an effort to expose the hospital’s abuse of its victims.
