Hop Electric, located in Jaipur, is set to release its first motorbike, the Hop OXO. This electric bike will be available on September 5th 2022. The unique feature of this electric bike is its 140-kilometer range. It will have a price range of up to Rs.25,000 and will resemble the Yamaha FZ. Its peak speed is 90 km/h. It may persist for up to an hour. On the company’s official website, you can pre-order the e-bike for Rs 999. In addition, the brand has just published a new teaser film for this bike.
How does this electric bike appear?
LED lighting is installed throughout, including side turn indicators. The headlamp design is reminiscent of the classic 150cc Yamaha FZ. Based on the teaser, it is safe to assume that the back hub motor will be available in the OXO. A split seat and rear grab rail, similar to the FZ, may also be observed. The OXO has telescopic front suspension and twin shock absorbers in the back. Disc brakes have been installed on both ends.
The bike has a dual battery arrangement. Its max speed ranges from 80 to 90 km/h. On a full charge, it travels 140 kilometres. There is a chance of acquiring a range of up to. The bike’s pricing is expected to be about Rs 1.20 lakh. In addition, the business is working on a battery switching station where the battery can be replaced in only 20 seconds.
