Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the EQE SUV, a mid-segment all-electric SUV with an EQS-inspired design and interior, over 500 km (WLTP) of claimed range, and a more potent AMG variant in the lineup, after the release of the EQC and EQS.
In addition to the EQS and the EQC, Mercedes-Benz has also introduced the EQE SUV and the AMG EQE SUV, both of which belong to the automaker’s EQ family of electric vehicles.
Mercedes-Benz estimates the WLTP range of their EQE SUV to be around 342 miles (550 km) thanks to its 90.6 – kilowatt-hour battery. There are currently no EPA data available. The distance covered by such a vehicle in India may exceed 700 kilometres (ARAI tested).

Coasting, one-pedal driving and an automatic regen mode are just a few of the regenerative braking options available on the EQE SUV.
The EQE SUV’s interior features aluminium-inlaid wood, Hyperscreen that can be configured to cover the entire dashboard, and other cutting-edge amenities.
The Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV will come with both rear-wheel drive and 4Matic all-wheel drive configurations, each with its own set of torque and horsepower ratings.
The Mercedes-AMG EQE SUV is an electric vehicle with 617 horsepower and a Race Start button that allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in around 3.5 seconds.
Standard on the EQE AMG is a rear-axle-steering system, a lowered ride height for Sport & Sport+ levels, an active anti-roll bar, and AMG-tuned air suspension with dampening technology developed from the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door.
The inside of the AMG EQE is outfitted with a Nappa leather steering wheel with sound experience and Dynamic Select mode, a Hyperscreen with AMG-specific graphics, and an AMG performance readout for the central screen.
