The new Hyundai Tucson was recently spotted in India, and it will join the company’s lineup on August 10th. Power outputs for the 2.0L NA petrol engine and the 2.0L oil burner are 156 and 186 horsepower, respectively. The 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission will be used on these engines. It is expected that the diesel models will also have an AWD layout. A level-2 ADAS system will be standard on the Hyundai Tucson, according to the South Korean car manufacturer. However, according to a recent ICAT document, the SUV will be available in India in two different trim levels: Signature and Platinum. Both of these trims will be offered in both gasoline-automatic and diesel-automatic versions. The working volume of these motors is 2.0 liters. According to a report, the 2.0L oil burner is manufactured by Kia, not Hyundai.
Hyundai’s Indian lineup will be led by Tucson, which will serve as the company’s flagship model. L2 ADAS, the company’s first-ever product, helps the car with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane Keeping Assist and emergency braking; blind-spot monitoring; driver attention warning; safe exit warning; and many other features.
A 360-degree parking camera and other passive safety aids are also included. This is going to be a loaded Hyundai Tucson. This vehicle has two 10.25-inch screens for the instrument console and the infotainment unit. Also included are a wireless phone charger, premium sound system, multi-function steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, and more.
The new model’s styling is both muscular and sporty. It features a polarising design that many will find appealing. There is a large, LED DRL-integrated radiator grille on top of a large LED taillight panel on the back. These features add to the SUV’s visual appeal.
